Shopify Self Serve Returns

Log in to Your Account

  • Visit our website https://c1apparelshop.com/ and log in to your account.
  • If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one.

Access Your Orders

  • Once logged in, navigate to the "Orders" section or click on the "View Orders" link in your account dashboard.
  • Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

Start the Return Process

  • Click on the "Start a Return" or "Return Items" button next to the order you want to return.
  • Follow the prompts to select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
  • To exchange your item(s), please either 1. return your items through your Shopify portal and then repurchase on a separate order, or 2. Contact us at customerservice@c1apparelshop.com. Please provide your order number and what items you would like to exchange.

Provide Return Details

  • You may be asked to provide additional details about the return, such as the condition of the item(s) or any specific issues.
  • Be sure to provide accurate and detailed information to help us process your return efficiently.

Print the Return Shipping Label

  • Once you've completed the return request, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • Print the label and securely attach it to the outside of your return package with your name clearly visible.

Ship the Return

  • Drop off your return package at your nearest shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup.
  • Keep the tracking number provided for your records.

Await Confirmation

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process it and issue a refund or exchange according to our return policy.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
