C1 Apparel Shop Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Sales/clearance items are ineligible for return.

Returns must be made within 60 days of delivery date. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition. 

Please see Return/Exchange Instructions section for instructions on how to initiate your return. You will be sent a free return label via email. You will have 30 days from the time you receive the return shipping label to return the original item(s).

Once return item(s) are received and reviewed, a refund will be issued. Refunds take approximately 10 business days to process. You should receive an email notifying you that your refund has processed. 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange eligible unworn, unwashed items in new condition, within 60 days of delivery date. 

*Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for exchange*.

EXCHANGE DIRECTIONS: 

Please see the Return/Exchange Instructions section to initiate your exchange.

Enter a note in the comment section of each item you wish to exchange stating the item, size and color you would like in exchange. If there is no note requesting the exchange item(s) we will refund the item(s).

We will email you a free return label. You will have 30 days from the time you receive the return shipping label to return the original item(s). Once we receive and inspect the original item(s) we will ship your exchange item(s) in approximately one week. You should receive an email with tracking information once the item(s) ship.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return item(s) we will initiate your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your item(s) for your refund to process. We will notify you by email when your refund has finished processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 

PLEASE NOTE

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Washed or worn items

• Sale/Clearance items

• Items purchased outside of C1apparelshop.com
