C1 Apparel Shop Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

*Please see returns/exchange section for instructions on how to return or exchange items.

We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase.  We understand that it can be difficult to find qualifying uniform apparel when attending schools with uniform requirements. We also recognize it can be difficult to get the correct items when ordering online. We are happy to work with you to ensure that you have the apparel you need! Please note, due to supply shortages, some brands, size, and color may vary based on what is available to us.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return/exchange.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We are happy to return or exchange any eligible unworn/unwashed items in new condition, within 60 days of delivery date. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

For RETURNS, please log into your online C1 Apparel account and request a return. We will send you a packing slip to return those items. You will have 30 days from the time you receive the return shipping label to return the original item(s). Once we receive and review your return, you will be issued a refund. 

For EXCHANGES, you can

  1. Return your items through the returns process on the website as stated above and then repurchase the correct items. 

  2. Contact us at customerservice@c1apparelshop.com. Please include your order number and what items you need to exchange. We will send you a packing slip to return those items. You will have 30 days from the time you receive the return shipping label to return the original item(s). We will ship your new items(s) once we receive your original item(s).

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will process your return.  Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Washed or worn items

  • Items purchased Clearance 

  • Items purchased outside of C1apparelshop.com
